Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced estimator to join our team at Staff Chasers. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in shaping commercial construction projects from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately estimate project costs, including materials and labor.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Manage project schedules and resources effectively.
  • Maintain clear communication with field teams and subcontractors.
  • Keep detailed records of cost developments for future reference.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in estimating with a solid background in commercial projects, ideally ranging from $50k to $10M.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, contracts, and schedules.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods.
  • Familiarity with estimating software like ConGenius, The Edge, PlanSwift, TradeTek, or On Center.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
