Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Noble Health Care Center in Noble, OK. As a RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each patient are met.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including communicating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current, valid licensure as a RN required.
  • Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
  • Management/Supervisory experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed.
  • Strong written and verbal skills required.
