- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-care skills.
- Mentor and teach other healthcare team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years inpatient Pediatric hospital experience.
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
