Key Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, you will be accountable for promoting Johnson Controls' HVAC solutions. Your role involves advocating for the Johnson Controls value proposition to building owners and end-users by delivering business and technical solutions. You will cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships with assigned accounts, positioning renewable service agreements as a cornerstone of managed account relationships.

With minimal oversight, you will effectively sell Johnson Controls offerings to building owners, focusing on enhancing both existing and new facilities to help clients achieve their business goals. You will also be responsible for selling, renewing, and expanding renewable service agreements, including multi-year contracts, to both new and existing customers.

Utilize creativity and innovation to differentiate Johnson Controls services and products from competitors, employing a value-added sales approach.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including quotes for repairs, replacements, and planned service agreements.

Professional Development:

As an Account Executive within the branch, you will assist in the professional development of your peers, aiming to enhance their productivity as effective sales professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of successful field sales experience in HVAC, construction, or building systems.
  • Five years of proven success in selling HVAC services or building automation systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business practices.
