Job Title: Fire Sprinkler Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team at T & T Moore Enterprises Corporation. As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, modifying, and replacing fire sprinkler systems for new and existing customers on a scheduled basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test fire sprinkler systems to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Perform emergency troubleshooting and repairs of fire sprinkler systems
  • Identify and address code and non-conformance issues, as well as knowledge and understanding of NFPA codes for inspection, testing, and installation
  • Prepare accurate and timely service tickets and reports
  • Install new fire sprinkler systems, including measuring, drilling, gluing, pipe, valves, fittings, risers, and sprinkler heads
  • Interface with customers and homeowners to provide excellent and professional service while in the field
  • Maintain all standard operating procedures and quality control measures of the company
  • Comply with all applicable safety policies and codes
  • Maintain tools, equipment, shop, and work areas in the best possible condition for maximum production and safety
  • Perform required administrative tasks, including preparing all required reports and correspondence in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Current driver's license and driving record that meets company standards
  • Knowledge of NFPA Code and fire sprinkler principles (preferred)
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret schematics and blueprints
