The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting weekly Global Cost Allocation reports, working closely with SAP IT, Accounts payable, and Corp. Treasury to ensure seamless payment cycles. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork and business partnership skills, with the ability to communicate complex data in simple terms. A working knowledge of the Corporate Financial Manual (CFM) and proficiency in systems, particularly MS Excel, SAP, HFM, and Power BI, is a plus. The successful candidate will be innovative, with a continuous improvement mindset, and possess strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Business (Business/Finance) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit weekly Global Cost Allocation reports
  • Work closely with SAP IT, Accounts payable, and Corp. Treasury to ensure seamless payment cycles
  • Implement allocation logic and automation enhancements
  • Identify and resolve duplicated freight expenses
  • Develop, execute, and monitor ongoing Global Freight payment automation process
  • Coordinate and support Global Freight Payment PO process and ongoing review

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates strong teamwork and business partnership skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data in simple terms
  • Working knowledge of the Corporate Financial Manual (CFM)
