Sunbelt Staffing is a leading provider of behavioral therapy services. We are currently seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team in the Winthrop, Massachusetts area.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising ABA therapy sessions, and providing training and support to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct services to under 10 elementary students
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Consultations
  • Collect data through informal observation to develop behavioral interventions
  • Develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans

Requirements:

  • State of Massachusetts Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
