Caregiver Specialist

The Caregiver Specialist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality resident care and residence maintenance. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information.

• Provide comprehensive resident support, including activities of daily living (ADL), individual plan goal activities, socialization, and development of meaningful relationships.
• Maintain residence cleanliness and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Safeguard and properly handle residents' belongings and funds with integrity.
• Document resident electronic health records, including periodic status assessments and daily task analysis charts.

1. A High School diploma or GED is required for this position.
2. Ongoing medication certification is essential for ensuring resident safety.
3. Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with residents, staff, and families.
4. Maturity, good judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information are critical components of this role.
5. A valid Connecticut Driver's License and eligibility for Network, Inc.'s auto insurance are required.
6. This position demands physical ability to assist participants when necessary.

An annual salary of $52,000, commensurate with title, location, and industry standards.

A rotating schedule that includes evenings, overnights, and weekends to ensure 24/7 coverage.
