Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Order and Interpret Diagnostic Tests: Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions and ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Prescribe Medications and Manage Chronic Conditions: Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions to promote patient well-being and prevent complications.
  • Provide Patient Education and Counseling: Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and provide counseling to promote positive behavior changes.

Requirements
