**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized experience for each guest.
  • Achieve personal and store goals, driving sales and growth.
  • Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRI products, showcasing expertise in skincare solutions.
  • Perform a range of services, including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Offer service recommendations and rebook clients, building strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with FACE FOUNDRI personnel to promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Report directly to the Salon Manager, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Assist with in-store operational processes, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure store standards are consistently met, upholding the FACE FOUNDRI brand reputation.
  • Accurately follow company time-keeping procedures, maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • Attend mandatory training and team meetings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Esthetics License
  • Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Experience in leadership and management

**Work Schedule:**

Some nights and weekends are required, with a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.

**License:**

An Esthetics License is required for this position.
