As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise and coordinate activities of Nursing Assistants, and manage admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of Nursing Assistants, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Manage admission, transfer, and discharge of residents, ensuring a smooth transition process.
- Communicate changes in resident conditions to healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Attend a minimum of 12 hours of in-service education annually, staying up-to-date with the latest care practices.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program.
- Current RN or LPN license.
- Recent clinical experience in geriatrics.
- Enjoy working with the senior population.
