Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As an OT assistant, you will work closely with our physical therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records of patient progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in occupational therapy principles and practices. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid license to practice as an occupational therapist assistant in the state of Texas is also required.
