- Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Valid NM RN license, CGFNS Certificate, or NCLEX Examination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Competitive hourly rate: $35.24-$42.00/hour
