Rotor Quality Assurance Technician

Position Overview

The selected candidate will serve as a Rotor Quality Control (QC) Technician during the second shift, working Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The hourly wage for this position is $19.00, with an additional 10% shift differential, bringing the total to $20.90 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rotor testing using specified instruments in accordance with established procedures.
  • Execute packaging and final inspections as per guidelines.
  • Utilize a PC to process and archive data efficiently.
  • Communicate any identified failures or defects to supervisors and troubleshooting personnel.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment, including applications such as Excel and Outlook.
  • Possess prior experience in quality control inspection within a dynamic work setting.
  • Exhibit a foundational understanding of 5S methodology.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive pay rate of $20.90 per hour. Our associates have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and additional voluntary benefits. Furthermore, employees may participate in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. We provide flexibility in choosing coverage that aligns with individual needs.
