Forklift Operators play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Safe Forklift Operation:** Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and load/unload materials, ensuring the safety of yourself and others at all times.
* **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate records of materials and products handled, noting quantities, locations, and any damages or discrepancies.
* **Loading and Unloading:** Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets with precision, ensuring goods are properly secured to prevent damage during transportation.
* **Dock Management:** Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dock area, removing debris and obstructions, and ensuring clear pathways for equipment and personnel.
* **Quality Control:** Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for visible damage, report discrepancies, and work with the team to resolve issues.
* **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, participating in safety training.
* **Equipment Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts, report defects or issues, and assist with recharging batteries or changing propane tanks.

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive starting wage: $23/hour
