About the Role

Patterson Companies is seeking a skilled Production and Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing equipment, as well as assisting with warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a team environment to complete assembly and repair of machines.
  • Assist with machine service calls, including troubleshooting and customer service.
  • Perform warehouse duties, including order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production room and warehouse.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years' experience in production or assembly.
  • General aptitude for reliable order fulfillment.
  • Strong logic and intermediate mathematics skills.
  • Competencies in customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to meet daily and weekly production goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • General computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug test.
  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
