About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Kids Club ABA. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records
  • Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions
  • Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Requirements
  • Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
  • Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus
