Restaurants Supervisor

Levy is seeking a Restaurants Supervisor to join our team at the Rose Quarter. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising dining staff, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily functions, including menu review and production needs
- Supervise dining staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address concerns promptly
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items and products
- Assist with administrative tasks, including monthly inventory and compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in all service areas
- Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing situations
- 1-2 years of experience in fine dining or high-volume food service environments
- Supervisory experience in a high-end food and beverage environment preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment, such as Point-of-Sale systems
- Ability to adapt to new technology and programs
