About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at National Express LLC. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to our Maintenance Department and Technicians, including vehicle washing, cleaning, fueling, and maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting any hazards or concerns to your supervisor.
  • Record time and materials used for each assignment, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Assist technical staff with automotive repairs and maintenance as assigned.
  • Advise Lead Technicians of potential safety risks or maintenance issues, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in truck or automotive repair.
  • Recommended hand tools for Class III Mechanic.
  • High school graduate or equivalent education, training, and experience.
  • Prior fleet experience and knowledge of diesel and gasoline systems are highly desirable.
