About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the development of our Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to the design of analog and mixed-signal blocks, including PLLs, oscillators, bandgap references, LDOs, Buck/Boost voltage regulators, and high-voltage detection circuits.
  • Provide feasibility studies for size, performance, and schedule, ensuring that our designs meet the required specifications.
  • Collaborate with the verification team to develop models for blocks and ensure full validation coverage.
  • Plan and coordinate the integration of digital and analog circuits at the full-chip level.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design.
  • BSEE required (MSEE/PhD preferred).
  • Strong experience in PMIC design is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of switching regulators, integrated power MOSFETs and drivers, LDOs, precision amplifiers, oscillators, bandgap references, ADCs, DACs, and high-speed comparators.
  • Experience with silicon tapeout cycles from spec to mass production, Cadence schematic capture, and Linux.
  • Design experience in CMOS/BiCMOS process.
  • Proficiency with Spectre and other analog simulators.
  • Knowledge of Verilog, Verilog-ams, or other modeling/coding languages, as well as revision control tools such as SVN.
