Job Overview

At First Student, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students and passengers. As a School Bus Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring their safe transportation to and from school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and transportation staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • At least 19 years old.
  • Subject to a drug screen and physical.

What We Offer:

  • $25.00/hour.
  • $1,500 training pay + $1,500 bonus.
  • Child ride-along program.
  • No nights or weekends.
  • Part-time schedule.
  • Training provided.
  • No experience necessary.
  • PPE provided.
