Job Summary

Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Echo Technician to join our team. As a Travel Echo Technician, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and other related procedures in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiograms and other related procedures using various equipment and scanners
  • Interpret and report echocardiogram results to healthcare providers
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding echocardiogram procedures and results
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience as an Echo Technician
  • Experience with various echocardiogram procedures, including 3/D Echo, Bubble Study, Contrast Agents, M-Mode, Pharm Stress Echos, RIT/RVOT, TEE, and Treadmill Stress Echos
  • Experience with portable and Syngo equipment
  • Experience with inpatient and ER settings
  • BLS certification
  • RDCS - Adults certification
  • RDCS-Peds certification (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Siemens and Phillips equipment
  • IV Starts, PACS, and Biopsies experience
