Welding Craftsman

CDI, a nation-wide company with manufacturing facilities located in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Dallas, Seattle, Charlotte, and Phoenix, is seeking an experienced Metal Fabrication Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding machinery, electrical equipment, and hand tools.

The primary responsibility of this role is to weld various metal types to create components used to assemble the finished product. Each task must be completed with safety, accuracy & timeliness in the welding department.

• A High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, along with at least 2 years of practical experience in welding.
• Possession of a trade school degree in welding technology is highly desirable.
• Ability to use tape measures and other measuring tools, as well as excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and hand tools are essential for success in this role.
