Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Scaffold Superintendent to join our team at BrandSafway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pre-job plans to ensure the proper equipment is available for each project.
  • Manage contracts, including rental equipment, expenses, and change orders, to protect the company's interests and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Supervise scaffold crew(s) and perform labor work as needed on a project-by-project basis.
  • Carry out supervisory duties in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motor vehicle safely.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers.
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and coach employees to achieve strategic goals.
Work Environment

The Scaffold Superintendent will work in a fast-paced construction environment, regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions, varying degrees of confined space, and moderate to loud noise levels. Travel may be required.
