Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Location: Lexington, Kentucky

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour + Shift Differential

Shift: Varied, Part-Time (Friday and Saturday, 10 or 12-hour shifts)

Role Overview:

In this part-time weekend role, you will provide X-Ray and EKG services across various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, prisons, and home health environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment to perform and process X-Rays.
  • Evaluate images for clinical diagnostic quality and technical competency before submission to a Radiologist for interpretation.
  • Conduct EKG tests and transmit results to a Cardiologist as needed.
  • Coordinate the transportation and setup of portable X-Ray equipment in various facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and daily submission of exam-related paperwork and billing documents.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure the maintenance and care of vehicle and X-ray equipment.
