Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food to high standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring that products are fresh and available for customers
• Operate and maintain equipment, including ovens, fryers, and dishwashers

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
