About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living
  • Attend to individual care needs and get to know each resident's unique preferences and personalities
  • Notify leadership of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service
Qualifications
  • A passion for serving seniors and excellent customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and the ability to work in a team environment
  • State certification required
  • High School Degree or GED required
  • One year of experience working in long-term care or assisted living preferred
  • Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
