Pool Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team at Pool Scouts. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our pool cleaning and maintenance services.

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including cleaning pools, checking equipment, and performing routine maintenance.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and management as needed.
• Meet or exceed performance standards and goals, including customer satisfaction and quality of work.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme outdoor temperatures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A competitive hourly rate of $12.50 - $18.00 per hour.
