Total Joint Orthopedic Physician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Total Joint Orthopedic Physician to join our team in Southern California. As a valued member of our orthopedic group, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care and advance your career in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have fellowship training in joint replacement/adult reconstruction and a strong track record of patient satisfaction. The successful candidate will practice at our Santa Clarita and Burbank locations, enjoying a mix of inpatient and outpatient care. A partnership track is available for motivated individuals who share our commitment to excellence.

The estimated salary for this role is between $585,810 and $933,806 per year, reflecting the starting range of total compensation. This may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable. Providers also receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
