About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and ensuring that all displays are well-maintained.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales floor team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
