Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team in Anchorage, AK.
About the Role:
This is an independent contractor position with Chenega TRI-SERVICES, LLC. As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide medical services as a Fee Basis Provider, performing medical histories, physical examinations, and reviewing medical tests and documents.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical histories and physical examinations
- Review medical tests and documents related to consultations and medical histories
- Assess applicant medical documentation and render medical opinions on their eligibility for programs
- Other duties as assigned by the USMEPCOM Command Surgeon
Requirements:
- M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in any 50 U.S. State, the District of Columbia, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
- A minimum of one (1) year post-graduate training from an ACGME-accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Certification from the American Heart Association
- Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME)- or Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA)-accredited medical school
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $**200,000 - $250,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications.
