Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality care and companionship to a 21-year-old male in the comfort of their own home. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation
  • Document the client's condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
  • Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
  • Engage in activities that bring joy to the client, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Requirements:

  • Valid Nursing Assistant (LNA) License in the State of New Hampshire
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience working in the field
  • Current CPR Certification preferred but not required
