Job Title: Morning Counselor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Morning Counselor at our facility.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in human services, with a focus on direct care and support for guests. The Morning Counselor will work closely with colleagues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all individuals.

Earn an estimated $43,376 per year (based on 40 hours/week, $21.40/hour) plus benefits.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 6:45am to 3:15pm.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in human services preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Valid MA driver's license in good standing
