Job Summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Revolving Door Mechanic to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of our Door Control Services division, you will be responsible for installing and servicing a wide range of manual and automatic revolving doors and door products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Service Revolving Doors: Install and/or service a variety of manual and automatic revolving doors and door products, ensuring they are functioning properly and safely.
  • Identify Sales Opportunities: Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services that meet their needs, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Maintain Job Records: Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies.
  • Work Safely: Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing job duties, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the success of the Door Control Services division.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
  • Travel: Travel up to 70% of the time, visiting customers and job sites across Texas.
  • Certifications: AAADM certification preferred, demonstrating expertise in automatic door systems.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude, with a strong understanding of door systems and installation techniques.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds, work at heights, and use a ladder, with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
