Client Care Professional

We are looking for a dedicated Client Care Professional to join our team at Women In Need, Inc. This role involves introducing and providing clinical services to individuals and families living in our transitional housing sites.
The successful candidate will engage individuals and/or families in long-term services within the community, assess their needs through psychosocial assessments, and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Key Qualifications- LMSW/LMHC degree required.
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness and substance abuse, preferably with homeless adults and at-risk populations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Estimated Salary: Up to $61,460 per annum.
