We are seeking experienced bartenders to join our team at Charlies Bar & Kitchen, a restaurant and cocktail bar serving classic cocktails and American cuisine in a warm and inviting environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests by anticipating their needs and providing personalized attention.
  • Prepare and serve classic cocktails with expert precision, using quality spirits, fresh ingredients, and precise recipes.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Assist with serving duties on the floor, including taking orders and serving food and beverages.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience behind the bar (excluding bar back training)
  • Ability to build 35 drinks at a time
  • Availability to work 7 nights a week, including weekends and brunch shifts
  • Strong knowledge of food and proper service acumen
Benefits:
  • Hourly rate: $10/hour + tips/tip credit
  • Flexible scheduling
