We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Regional Float Pool team at Laurel Center in Hamburg, PA. As a Regional Float CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.
- Work a minimum of two (2) shifts a week, including every other weekend or full-time hours, depending on open shifts.
- Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn.
- Must attend a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.
- Competitive hourly rate: $24.00-$27.00 per hour.
