We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team in Belleview, WA. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you will be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

You will work alongside talented peers in a collaborative environment that is guided by diversity and inclusion, driving towards the Quadruple Aim.
Job Summary:
- This is a traditional outpatient primary care medicine practice supporting patients from Bellevue and its surrounding communities.
- We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package with productivity and quality incentives.
- Our sign-on and retention bonus package goes up to $100,000 for highly-qualified physicians.
The Role:
- Outpatient Primary Care: patients per day, on average with 15, 20, and 30-min visits.
- Ability to focus on a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine population.
- Collegial group of Primary Care physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians.
- Work life balance with flexible shifts - Full time is a 4-day work week.
- Advanced Practice Clinician (PA/NP) and Scribe support.
- Call is light and shared | Triage RN call.
