Residential DSP Supervisor

The Opportunity Tree is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential DSP Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for directing the work of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support and assist individuals with developmental disabilities in developing/enhancing basic living and other life skills, promoting independence and individual choice.

• Supervise and direct the work of DSPs to ensure high-quality services are provided to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ensure the health, safety, and security of individuals in our care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, and continence).
• Develop and maintain monthly activity calendars to promote engagement and participation in activities.
• Collect and report data on a quarterly basis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation, including incident reports and staff evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Arizona Licensing Standards and The Opportunity Tree's policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
• Advocate on behalf of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to ensure their voices are heard.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Arizona driver's license with a Non-Restricted Motor Vehicle Record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to write, speak, and listen effectively in English.
• Experience working in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and represent The Opportunity Tree in the community.
• Successfully meet Arizona Department of Public Safety requirements for a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
