INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Pulmonary ICU team. As a Registered Nurse in this position, you will work 7pm-7am, providing exceptional care to patients with complex medical needs.
About the RoleThe Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for the management and delivery of patient care, utilizing the nursing process. This includes assessment, development of the plan of care, implementation of appropriate patient care interventions, and evaluation of patient care outcomes. The Registered Nurse will also supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients.
Responsibilities- Assessment and re-assessment of patients
- Development and implementation of individualized patient care plans
- Supervision and coordination of other healthcare team members
- Providing education and support to patients and families
To be considered for this role, you must have a current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma or a multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state. You must also have current BLS certification and be able to communicate effectively in English.
