Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to work as part of our integrated service in rapid response, discharge to assess, and community rehab. The successful candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and will be able to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities

The main duties of the job will include managing own caseload, liaising with the multidisciplinary team, conducting moving and handling assessments, and patient-centered goal setting. You will also be working closely with patients, family members, carers, and acute/community partners to deliver individualized treatment programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You will also need to have postgraduate experience of at least 2 years in rehabilitation, including therapeutic handling and management of people with complex conditions. A broad experience in orthopedics, medical, neurology, and elderly care is also essential.

Benefits
