Flexible Shifts Available:

We offer both short and long shifts to accommodate your schedule. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time work, we can tailor your hours to fit your needs.


Competitive Compensation:

Our pay structure is designed to reward your hard work:

  • Standard pay starts at $15.50/hour.
  • Shorter visits (under 3 hours) receive an increased wage.
  • 2-hour visits are compensated at $20/hour.
  • 1-hour visits are paid at a flat rate of $30.

Additionally, we provide monthly incentive bonuses:

  • Heart of Gold Award: $300.00
  • Over and Above Award: $150.00
  • Perfect Attendance Award: $150.00

New employees are eligible for a $500 bonus after completing 500 hours of service. We also offer pay advances through Pay Active.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster social companionship.
  • Assist with various daily living tasks and reminders.
  • Provide transportation for appointments, errands, and social activities.
  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Offer standby assistance with personal hygiene.
  • Ensure safety during overnight stays.

Qualifications:
  • No healthcare certification is necessary.
  • A genuine compassion for older adults is essential.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, a vehicle, and active auto insurance.
  • Ability to travel up to 15 miles for scheduled shifts.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone is required.
