Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Inner Circle Autism Network. Our mission is to provide high-quality, child-centered ABA therapy for children and their families. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing individualized programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized programs for children aged 2-10 in natural settings.
  • Coordinate sessions with direct care team members to observe and provide coaching and clinical support.
  • Review data and reports to update individualized programs and ensure child development and progress towards identified goals.
  • Partner with the Treatment Director to conduct initial assessments.
  • Produce progress reports and treatment plans meeting regulatory agency and funding source requirements.
  • Plan and lead regular treatment updates with behavior technicians.
  • Provide consistent formal and informal feedback to RBTs to ensure high treatment integrity.
  • Provide parent training to facilitate skill generalization and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education, or special education.
  • BCBA Credential/Certificate.
  • 2-5 years of experience working with individuals with special needs (preferred).
  • Experience as a BCBA in a home or clinic-based setting (preferred).
