Aviation Technician

KSNL AERO Jet Center, a leading Part 145 FAA Repair Station in Shawnee, OK, is currently seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic with sheetmetal fabrication expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft repair and maintenance, with a focus on heavy commercial and general aviation aircraft.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Inspect and examine aircraft components, including hydraulic systems and landing gear, for leaks, cracks, breaks or other issues.
• Utilize blueprints, maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, service bulletins and other maintenance documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments.
• Perform routine maintenance operations, such as the replacement of power plant and aircraft components.
• Conduct hourly, daily and monthly inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
• Complete all tasks in a timely manner and to the quality standards of our company, our customers and the FAA.

• High school diploma with aviation-specific training.
• Experience on heavy commercial and general aviation aircraft.
