Agile Release Coordinator

Medica is seeking a proactive and skilled Agile Release Coordinator (ARC) to enhance our team dynamics. The ARC will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous enhancement within our agile software development framework. Acting as a servant leader, the ARC will cultivate an open, transparent, and respectful atmosphere while leveraging expertise in agile methodologies and scrum to steer teams towards ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate productive dialogues across various organizational levels
  • Oversee a team of Scrum Masters and Agile specialists
  • Offer guidance and training to Agile team members
  • Identify and address obstacles
  • Ensure that objectives and features are monitored and communicated
  • Mentor teams in Lean-Agile methodologies
  • Support economic decision-making processes
  • Coordinate ART level events and mitigate risks
  • Present ART level metrics for enhancement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and System Architects
  • Promote continuous improvement through metrics and retrospectives

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as ARC, Scrum Master, or Project/Program Manager

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or ARC
  • Strong technical skills
  • Experience in Agile environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and influencing abilities
  • SAFe certifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Compensation:

The compensation range for this role is $96,000 - $164,500. In addition to base salary, this position may qualify for incentive compensation. We provide a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being of our employees.
