Job Overview

The Activity Leader plays a vital role in supporting the Site Coordinator in the development and implementation of after-school and summer enrichment programs and services.

This position assists the Site Coordinator during day-to-day operations by conducting program activities and providing support to students as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assists Site Coordinator in securing resources for unique and engaging enrichment opportunities.
  • Attends necessary training and professional development surrounding the program.
  • Assists Site Coordinator in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for grant reporting.
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with students, families, school personnel, and other individuals or organizations involved in the program.
  • Follows the evaluation plan and adheres to the timeline and tasks outlined.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Superintendent.
Desired Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent organizational and independent working skills.
  • Proficient to advanced computer skill level, with knowledge of MS Office applications, Google Suite, and Internet research.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for community education and commitment to youth development and services.
