Job Overview

STH Windows & Doors, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong foundation in warehouse management, logistics, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising daily warehouse activities, scheduling and overseeing deliveries and pick-ups, inspecting equipment and machinery, and managing general safety. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with management to develop actionable plans for safety and damage prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
  • Schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring timely and efficient handling of orders while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
  • Manage general safety, implementing and enforcing safety protocols to safeguard personnel and assets.
  • Collaborate with management to participate in regular meetings and develop actionable plans for safety and damage prevention.
  • Coordinate transportation and handling of materials, liaising with suppliers and partners to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Maintain clear and prompt communication with customers, installation teams, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform manual labor as necessary.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks.
  • Experience working in a warehouse and with deliveries and expediting orders.
  • General and broad knowledge in various areas of warehouse management.
  • Preferred qualifications: knowledge of windows & doors industry and bilingualism.
