  • Compensation: Up to $42.00 per hour with a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

We seek dedicated Respiratory Therapists who will embody the principles of the Select Medical Way, which emphasizes patient-first care, enhancing community quality of life, continuous personal and professional development, delivering high-quality care, and upholding ethical standards.

  • Assessing patients and recommending suitable treatment plans.
  • Administering respiratory care to individuals with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
  • Executing the insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
  • Advancing continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Educating and counseling patients and their families.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required by start date.
  • Current state licensure is mandatory.
  • ACLS certification required within six months of hire. (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift; PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • One (1) year of relevant experience is preferred.
