Job Title: Sales Representative Beauty Industry

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at The PCA Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the beauty and fragrance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Call Preparation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, conduct thorough research on clients and prospects, and prepare comprehensive sales materials.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, track sales progress, and provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Lead Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales metrics and trends.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive sales growth.
  • Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Lead Generation & Client Relationship Management: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy & Negotiation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and drive sales growth.
  • Product Development & Brand Positioning: Collaborate with product teams to refine and improve products, and contribute to the company's market presence and brand recognition efforts.
  • Sourcing & Cross-functional Collaboration: Assist in evolving and managing the sustainable sourcing process, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
  • Presentation & Project Management: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and coordinate with internal and external teams.
  • Visitor Assistance & Warehouse Tours: Assist visitors and clients during their visits, including leading warehouse tours.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the beauty, fragrance, wellness, fashion, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong understanding of the sales and sourcing process, including identification, screening, evaluation, and relationship building.
  • Experience in targeting companies, developing business cases, conducting due diligence, and handling negotiations.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • High aptitude for learning and adapting to new environments and challenges.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in office tools such as Outlook, Slack, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
Compensation:
  • Salary commensurate upon experience ($20.00-$28.00 per hour)
  • Medical, dental, vision available on the first of the month after 60 days
  • 401K available after 12mths in full time capacity
  • PTO
  • Under normal circumstances, approximate travel of 10-15% of the year
