As a Stocker/Unloader at Walmart, you'll be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and fully stocked store. This includes unloading merchandise from trucks, moving it to the correct location, and ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and facing is accurate. You'll also be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Additionally, you'll provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and teamwork skills, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
